Self-Pay Rates: 

​Psychopharmacology (Medication) Intake (60 minutes)- $600.00

Psychopharmacology f/u (Medication Management) Appointment (30 minutes)- $200.00

Insurance:

Currently our practice only accepts Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We do offer invoices that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement as all providers are out-of-network with all other insurance carriers. You may wish you contact your insurance carrier prior to your scheduled appointment to inquire about out-of-network behavioral health benefits. 

Payment:

Cash, check, and all major credit cards/debit cards are accepted as forms of payment. Payments/copayments are required at the time of services rendered. 

**For all Telehealth appointments we do require payment via credit or debit card at the time of the appointment.
